Re: General Introductions
Lol I wish. When I am home (with parents) I live in Orlando. Otherwise I live in Gainesville during the school year. Do you know what school I attend now?
BTW it rains in Gainesville every day, but only for a 1/2 an hour so the majority of the day is good. What an inappropriately named state.

lol I guess. You are 3 years younger than I am. I think... lol I skipped a year of college due to (IB) advanced program in high school. So I am graduating with 3 years of college and now looking at graduate schools. Yay! Fun times. lol. :n o: Grad schools are 5-8 year commitments.

Re: General Introductions
I'm a Visual Communication Design student... pretty cool names huh... As the name implies, it's dealing with visual designs (prints, animations, etc.).
But, I'm not a proud student *blame myself*, and might take 1 or 2 (or even more
) years to finish. I got to find my "Reason".

Sounds like a fancy name for computer graphics and animation.

I think that will be a lot of fun. It's definately an in demand area. It's great if you can find a job that you reallly like to do. Besides once you get into final programs and occupations it's not like someone's going to ask you why it took you x ammount of time to get there or what your GPA was.

being in australia, i think subjects are gonna be a bit different. In any case, I do English (duh... but I hate the subject with a passion. It should be more appropriately renamed as English Literature... cause that's what we study), Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Modern History.
i'm aiming for med or actuarial studies in uni.

Re: General Introductions
I gotta tell you the subjects are the same, and are unfortunately required or else there is no way on earth I would have taken physics.
gah. Bad memories there. Anyways its nice to sorta have the freedom to pick your own classes in Uni., though there are still required classes to take that REALLY suck, I mean seriously what does Educational Psychology (my study path) and Age of Dinosaurs have anything to do with each other. I can sorta understand taking Oceanography since I'm almost surrounded by water and all, but Dinosaurs? That's definately not going to help me in the near future. In fact I have already forgotten all about it. Wast of time. I tell you. Do you have classes like this too?

Yo there
Lyre is back. I am a busy Austrian girl, right now on holiday from my nurseschool *laugh* Usually I edit and QC, well when I am active ^^"
I love books (especially fantasy books but I read pretty much anything somebody recommends me *hinthint*), anime/manga, gaming (mmorpging anyone?) and hiking during summer (pity that I haven't had much time for it this year...)
