Clannad After Story explanation

Hey guys, not so sure if any of ya are actually watching this series. But in case you got all confused about the story plots from both seasons, I have gotten a chart from a friend, who actually gotten it off from 2chan.

The chart's webby below literally points out the confusing portion and pieces these doubts together. It actually surprises me much on that someone actually do the initiatives to draw out everything. 0.o;

Well one thing is for sure is that Clannad fans around the world get to rejoice on the ending of another classic romance series from KEY production. ^.^

wow. that really helps, though i've forgotten most of the characters, except nagisa and tomoyo. who's ushio again?

and why do they make it so confusing? the storyline is good, but it's just confusing T^T; even kanon 2002 and 2006 were confusing, but after some serious brain-racking thinking, i finally got it T^T;
