Re: the ultimate (road) bike training thread
this evening was hard. I rode my little round halfways, then played table tennis there for 3 hours, then I finished my round and guess what...it rained tons of water...and I had to ride downhill at 70km/h....at night (10pm).
Well, long story, short meaning: I survived^^.

Re: the ultimate (road) bike training thread
Don't feel bad that was my all time high, but right now I'm at the lowest I've felt in a while haven't touched either of my bike in about 2-3 weeks now.
