I don't get what you mean by not understanding the "team" thing... unless well... you don't get that we are a team? XD

As for the FTP, we store all our files on an FTP server. Details are in General Discussion in the staff forum, I think.

well. what i mean is:
in some other forums and whatnot (i kinda read a BUNCH of them just to get some ideas and so forth blah blah blah) it said something about FTP and stuff. so i looked that up but i still don't get what it is.

and then the "team" ;
i get that the whole scanlation group is a team but are there separate teams.. like, for example; different teams do a certain manga?

now am i making sense? O__O;

I'll help clear up FTP and procedures soon... there'll be a revised guideline of operations soon in the general discussion board of the staff forum.

as for sub-teams within our group... yeah you can say they exist. But most of the staff sorta stick their hand in more than one project... whichever you choose is up to you. Of course, when the leaders crack the whip (which will be somewhat rare), you won't really get to choose, otherwise, it's pretty free as to which project you want to do.
