Re: Cleaning + Typesetting test by Sylx
about the cleaning, it seems good, but can you post a larger image? 1200 pixels in height, so we can see it clearer.

in photobucket, there is an option there for the size of the image, choose 1024x768 (17" screen).Sylx wrote:omg..

ummm.. it's about imagination.
the tools i used are brush, eraser, pen, and some copy-paste..
hope that helps.

if it is hard for you to use pen tool, you can also have a good result with just using brush and eraser.

Re: Cleaning + Typesetting test by Sylx
typesetting's great. The Cleaning was good too. The redrawing scored major points with me, but when you joined the pages, you sorta took a short cut with Shinozaki's ears (ie. you didn't redraw it). XD But seeing your ability with the helmet, I am confident you can. You've got my thumbs up. Wait for a few more comments, and you'll be as good as in.

Re: Cleaning + Typesetting test by Sylx
you should also rotate the other half when combining images, to align them.

Re: Cleaning + Typesetting test by Sylx
your typesetting is excellent!!
cleaning:
good leveling!
nice redraw!
Exact height^^!
the only thing to add is that the ear looks like you shivered when you drew it, but it's not bad. You could use the line tool too, it's easier to handle than the pen tool.
But you'll get more experience in no time.
I'd say that you're in!
