it's a 'selbstunfall', a self-inflicted accident.
I slided in a curve on the highway and crashed twice into the crash barrier.

Health-wise I'm ok. Insurance-wise, I'm not ok. They won't pay anything, cause it's self-inflicted...means I gotta pay a lot.

Lol that makes things easier if there's a lot of stuff to write about. Reminds me why I didn't apply for APUSH, all the essays ;_;

It's basically AP (Advanced Placement? Program? I forgot what the P is for) United States History. It's a class for the 11th grade and from what I've heard from just about everyone, you have like two hour homework, which is mostly essays.

U.N. Owen was Her xD My e-wifey is obsessed with Flandre Scarlet lol.

Oh I see =)

Hehe Flandre is a bit too creepy for me (Actually all the touhou girls are...) but while I thought Marisa was a Precious Thing (is that Touhou?) was a little mmm... annoying x underwhelming, U.N. Owen was Her is incredibly epic =)

Oh, I see! I think it's Placement Very Happy But yeah :O
Two hour homework really sucks. >.> I haven't had History homework in a while. Mostly because homework was to work on my coursework - aka two 2000 word essays. ^_^; Doens't really sound like much eh..

Re: Chatterbox

Post by SilentGaia on Sun Feb 21, 2010 2:22 pm

Lol Flandre is probably supposed to be the most creepy out of the Touhou characters, but Touhou is awesome. Marisa Stole the Precious Thing? I think so. Lol, different arrangements of U.N. Owen show up in different arrangers of Touhou music~ xD I ended up loving it as much as my wifey. Then I heard U.N. Owen Zetta Slow and that was stuck in my head during my math class the other day since we were working on trigonometry.

I wouldn't have any idea /shrug I only care about AP Calculus, AP Physics, and AP Computer Science. You reminded me...I still have to do my history homework that was due two days ago, but I forgot to finish it, and so I didn't turn it in Thursday, and my teacher wasn't in Friday. It doesn't sound like much but when you have to include all that history, then it is a lot. >_>

:O TWEWY x UN OWEN?

I've only watched the McDonald's, Death Note and Rurouni Kenshin meme takes on UN OWEN was Her. I've heard a couple of remixes too, but I don't remember them.

Oh, yes. >_> Essays were always my least favourite part. I liked learning random facts about leaders (hilarious things about them and all the things that failed during important historical events) and watching videos Very Happy

Re: Chatterbox

Post by SilentGaia on Sun Feb 21, 2010 2:41 pm

That would be interesting xD

I listen to a lot of Touhou music (there are a lot of good arrangements out there) so I chance upon a lot of U.N. Owen Was Her.

As long as the history is interesting, I like it. But if it's boring, I tend to just fall asleep during the lectures and videos and activities x_X

Heh, yea, in these past few months i've been lacking on the sleep, so every time there's a video i'm like "HEll yeah!!! lights are dim!! teacher's watching the vid!! lean down and place your arms in front of your head and nap time!"

I'm such a bad student >_>

And nah, I was asking what the UN Owen Zetta Slow thing was. It reminded me of Sho Minamimoto ^^;

Re: Chatterbox

Post by SilentGaia on Sun Feb 21, 2010 2:54 pm

Lol I'm a worse student.

I'm usually late to 2nd period (my school day starts 2nd period since I have late schedule), and when I get to 2nd period, I almost immediately fall asleep since the lecture is usually boring and my teacher gets off subject too easily. I somewhat stay awake during 3rd period (Japanese class). Fourth period (English) depends on what we are doing, but I might end up falling asleep, however that class is funny at times, like for example, on Friday, my teacher flicked off the teacher next door because the teacher next door kept complaining that the TV was too loud. Fifth period is math, which I kind of like have no trouble with, so I sleep in that class and barely turn in my homework >_> 6th period (history) is pretty much sleeping. And I stay awake 7th period because I have a leadership position so I don't have a seat, I have to stand, and also because it's JROTC.

I manage to sleep without putting my head down.

XD!

I don't remember turning homework in for... ages, actually. Especially not for chem. -_- They're treating us with a lot more 'oh you can do this and show it to us when you're done' now since we're close to uni and all. It's actually quite bad since I end up doing nothing. D:

:O.. that remix... is quite special =) Although the speakers here aren't that great >< I can't really hear the UN Owen was Her melody behind all that math!

Lol xD To be honest I don't get chemistry =.= My teacher doesn't make any sense to me when I do listen......and we don't get that much homework so I don't get how I'm supposed to learn it. I've never read the book once too >_< Lol that is basically how it is in my math class, he stamps it even if it's only partially finished, and you turn it in when you're done and still get full credit. Which is what I'm doing.

Lol xD I can somewhat hear it but it's not that loud. It gets into your head though especially if you were doing trig.

XD!!! Oh yes, chemistry. one of my teachers is like a total genius and he goes through everything SO FAST and he teaches us stuff that we don't need to know, which sounds very despicable and anti-spirit of learning and all but seriously, it's incomprehensible @_@ he's currently disappointed in us because we aren't learning the stuff we're actually supposed to know for the exam either. I feel kinda bad, but not bad enough to neglect my other, more pressing subjects. XD;;;

I FINISHED MATH!!! I'm so happy. I only have 1 exam left (Statistics 2).

My teacher is just....I don't know, he just can't teach. And he likes to have a conversation with people in the class (the so called popular kids of my grade) and goes off subject quite easily. Once he lecturing us on something, and then he tells us a story of how some students of his were cheating and got charged testes as an answer rather than characteristics. Which is just so random. As long as a I pass with a C, I'm never taking Chemistry again. =.= At least in high school.

I love math though D:

/was one of the nerds in Mathcounts in middle school >_>

The teacher for the math club in my current school tried to recruit me but I rejected it >_<

OMG! My chem teacher goes off topic SO MANY TIMES!!!

*we're talking about organic reactions*

Say... do you guys know about the oxidation of vanillin?
It'll be fun! We should try that!!!

took me a while to get used to it Smile
Actually I feel really bad for not being a better student. D: If I weren't such a slacker and actually kept up to date with all my work and subjects, I'd probably enjoy his lessons. Sad

I like Math. ^_^; Just.. not enough to do another full A'Level in it in the space of 1 year.. XD;;

Our school is too small (and maybe too diverse?) to have math clubs XD; Or glee clubs Sad *big Glee fan* Sad

LOL I KNOW RIGHT?

I swear, almost every science teacher goes off subject.

I don't think I do but it sounds like it would be fun xD

Better than me. My parents expect me to get good grades, and everyone seems to think I would get 4.0s all the time, but I've never gotten a 4.0 in my life. I just like to not do my homework >_> there's much more things I could be doing.

Lol xD

My school is kind of big...>_> since I do live in a big city. I need to watch Glee x_X I watched one episode and it looked pretty interesting, but I didn't have a chance to watch the rest.

Lol I know right?

I kept seeing people I knew talking about it on Facebook but I didn't know what it was exactly until my math teacher showed us one episode, but by then it had finished airing >_>

I need to catch up before April!

Lol, I envy you~ I get decent enough grades to go by >_> My test scores are high though, which is probably how I kept being put back in honors in middle school even though I quit 6th grade year and failed 7th grade science honors.

Public schools in San Francisco are generally huge >_>

Lol yeah I feel that way too. I have to work hard to get the good grades that colleges will look at x_X and I have absolutely no chance of getting into MIT now.

I wish I could skip through all the useless math. I wasted two years in middle school on pre algebra....>_> I knew algebra back in 4th grade and taking prealgebra at 6th and 7th grade bored me so much. And I knew my Geometry and Advanced Algebra before taking both classes. At least next year I will learn something new.
