TypeSetting Test
So here's my attempt at the typesetting test pages:

Re: TypeSetting Test
Just a few pointers:
1) I think we don't put a space between ellipses and the rest of the sentence (unless the script was given to you like that - in that case ignore me!)
First link: I think the first typesetted bubble is hugging the panel edge a bit, but it may just be me.. XD
I would TS Panel 5 as:
I'll
be the
laughingstock etc...
you know? For better shape.
Same with the "I look cute,
so I guess..." part
As for the second test page I don't like the vertical type
(I much prefer
"Hm
...?")
but again, it may be personal XD
Also I don't know how to better do the sfx, but I don't think it looks all that great >< Maybe you could try to reduce the distance in between the letters, if that's possible...
Lastly take my comments with a pinch of salt as I only ever typeset during QC, I'm not a proper editor. That's mathi and Sylx, and blennz and Ge4ce =)

Re: TypeSetting Test
one piece:
only panel 3, luffy's bubble caught my attention.
the shape is kinda... bad... and move it a bit lower.
the others should be fine...
overdrive"
panel 1, both text in the bubbles is not center enough.
sfx: is it the right font? -_-"
panel 4, bubble 2, part 1 (yamato-kun, you like it?)
shape is kinda strange...
panel 6, bubble 2
move the text to left a bit.. (not center enough)
i guess that's all.

Ya I do. For road I have a cannondale Synapse 2000 model non carbon with the ultegra set and no granny. (clipless of course ) It's not the best you can buy but the price was perfect in my range and I love it :p well minus the shifters I'm buying sram for the front and rear deraileuers as well. Eitherway though it works well enough for me in cat 3.
For Mountain I keep a cannondale F4 with juicy hydraulics. Its a hardtail but its awesome with the climbs in single track .
I really wish I could afford carbon though
