I actually didn't find it to be that big of a plot twist. I expected the older brother to either die/become unable to play and for the younger brother to "live out his dream". The shocking part for me was that the younger brother was also impaled by a pipe through his chest. Maybe they both die, and the younger sister becomes a soccer player lol.........

You never know... lol.
I dunno, must be cause i read a bunch of mitsuru adachi stuff, which is all sports mangas. I always expect someone to die in these now haha.
