not true about the height thingy you know... ^_^ usually C (Center) player is played by someone who is small, flexible & fast.

I love netball ^_^ I represented my school in all games since primary school till high school ^_^.
I played GS ^_^

Uhh, what's netball? Wikipedia gave me the impression of basketball with a low rim.

Too bad I happen to be male. I can't take advantage of my 1.8m stature now.

lol i play whatever, WA, WD, C. Fine, maybe Cs can be short... but, that's not very helpful when you're pretty much DEAD when the GS gets the ball lol.

i think basketball is better XD

Netball = basketball except

.no dribbling
.no passing under 1 meter
.no standing closer than 1 meter from person with ball
.no grabbing the ball when somebody is holding it
.you have positions and they can only stay in certain areas (for example goal shoot, GS, can only stay in the attacking third, while goal attack, GA, can do in the attack and middle third.)

What else... you pretty much can't do anything i do in basketball to intercept loool. you can't guard with hands up etc. short from just stalking your player RELENTLESSLY and hoping to get lucky knocking it out of their hand you can't do a lot...

and no, the basket is pretty much the same height I believe...

of course rini can give a less biased opinion

This sounds as though I should just stick to playing Captain's Ball/whatever game with no risk of falling.

At least my height gives me more advantage than my 'glass' lefty.

on holiday, has lots of work. thinking about whether to drop art. if i drop art, i will have cut my workload by 75%... but that's a pretty poor reason to drop a subject. 4 days in my holiday, no work done so far xD =(

you can only raise your hands up when you want to intercept the ball, if your hands are up your feet have to be 1 meter away from the person you are guarding's feet, even if she doesn't have the ball...

lol i'm not a GK/GD i would suck in those positions. I'd be like jumping and failing miserably XD

I play wing lol =P i'm used to, in basketball, to shuffling around with hands up. So yeah... have to get into netball mode..

Re-watching Overdrive for the 6th time, and I got a season box set of Inuyasha for super cheap.

okay. I'm back for proper now. MGS4 distracted me enough from scanlation duties, so I've given myself an ass-whopping and i'm back for good. Expect ch 18 of OD in the next 24 hrs.
