Re: I'm Here Today!
That can be tough to have relatives move in, SilentGaia. I hope the changes in daily life aren't too much.
10:45pm
I just ate, but I'm still kindof hungry. I've got some writing to do too.

@zilch I have to make sure I don't keep them up since I go on the computer until like 12AM or so and they sleep at like 11...=.=
@SEi I have Chinese school, but I don't really learn anything there. I took Japanese for my foreign language instead.
7:54PM
I wore green to not get pinched >_>

Re: I'm Here Today!
7:06pm
i feel like a prude, but i have to say that i think chinese will be really important in the future! so i think it's really important to know it. (well it would be nice to)
But then again i've known it all my life so i don't know how hard it is to start learning it >.> i mean my chinese is terrible but i can do the basic things like reading the characters XD which i acknowledge are the hardest part. chinese grammar is sooooo easy.
dinner's almost ready =)
i spent 1 hour playing the piano, trying to translate Knights of Cydonia onto the keyboard. of course, i'm really bad at it, so i haven't done much... at least i know the chords now right? hahahaha

Re: I'm Here Today!
Why do you think that knowing Chinese will be important in the future? I can think of a reason, but I want to know what you think.
7:05pm
Just got home from work. I don't really know what I'll do the remainder of the evening.

Re: I'm Here Today!
@SEi I know right? You don't learn shit in Chinese school. It is a waste of time and money.
@zilch People who will be hiring will be looking for people that can speak different languages, especially Chinese since it is the 2nd most spoken language in the world.
7:32 PM
Dammit I keep losing my matches for fencing. Why am I so weak?
/lost all three matches today

Re: I'm Here Today!
7:01pm HAHAH so many people seem to post at 7 o clock pm!!!
I just finished showering after a long shopping trip!!!!!!!! I went across the harbour to tsim sha tsui to spend my roxy/quiksilver coupon ($150) and i ended up blowing $240 on a sundress x.x XD (it cost $390 originally)
(HKD -> USD is 7.8 -> 1)
And I got a t shirt for $40 as well.
aha ha ha i'm so happy
i found an AMAZINg mall
and i'm gonna search it up now to find out its name
haha i'm so hong kong
shopping is wonderful
Mmm... Chinese will be important because half the world will speak it (I tihnk the only language spoken more aside from eng. and chinese is arabic, or was it spanish?) and China is emerging as a global economic force atm =)
Unless of course its bubble bursts... but still, i think it has a lot of economic potential. there are so many undeveloped areas!

Re: I'm Here Today!
@Kouri I get home around 6-7ish most days.
I know that half the world will speak it, but I just can't speak it.
7:37PM
Today, when I took the bus home, a bus driver thought I was a boy o_O
Edit: Hey at least I tried to learn Chinese somewhat. My mom brought my uncle to her English class today, and they had barely sat down when my uncle said that he was hungry and wanted to go home so they went home >_>

I hate school x_X And I hate the goddamn middle schools and elementary schools with their parent teacher conferences so they get to leave school 1 hour early while we have to stay in school the normal time and we don't get our usual short days D:<

@SilentGaia: I hate school too.
I don't know why I'm even bothering to go there.
Our source of knowledge .. I mean, what we learn comes from books. Yes, your teacher tells you the info but they read it in a book. Why can't we just read those books at home? Geez.
Currently am... annoyed.
And reading A Mango-Shaped Space.

It is a GORGEOUS day today. We've sprung ahead with Daylight's Savings, so the daylight stretches longer into the evening... I am going to go on a hike. I might even need to put on sunscreen.

Huurr.. I feel sick staying at home for three days already. It's spring break but I have this 'guilty conscience of not going to school' inside me. Can't get it away no matter what I do =__=;
It's still raining.. which sucks.
Kills both my morning schedule (since I wake up later.. and I do mean LATER. Today, near 1 pm), and my breakfast! I haven't eaten cereal for a long time now...
Gonna be writing like I've never written before! >;D
Sadly, it's all coming at me too quickly and when I write it.. it turns out too long and I feel like I'm never gonna finish it. (sigh)
So I think I've got writer's block for the first time in my whole life... on my fanfics. But none whatsoever on my OS. Tsk.

The night is young!!!
@SilentGaia - ugh. Having wisdom teeth extracted is not fun. Did you get knocked out completely? Or were you awake but medicated? I did the latter... it was such an odd experience.

Re: I'm Here Today!
8:30pm
I am sitting on the sofa, with my feet up on the space heater & my laptop on my lap (of course). I am looking at the hole in my stocking on my left foot. It's a perfectly good stocking, the hole isn't uncomfortable, and my feet would be cold regardless of whether or not it was there. Yet, for some reason, I have this faint, guilty feeling about wearing it. Is it an echo of my mother's voice? Is it a warning sign of ensuing slovenliness, even though it's perfectly functional & was clean when I put it on this morning? Is there some reason why a hole-y stocking should always be discarded? Is that fair to it's matching pair that is in near-mint condition? Is hole-y even a word, and if so, did I spell it right?
... so many questions, so few answers...

Well, today was kind of like a pretty bad day. Today we had a fencing match against the smart ass school (which happens to also be really good in sports >_> and they stole our old principal who was the most awesome principal ever), and before the match, when we were leaving school, my friends left without me (I had to do some JROTC stuff before I could go), and my stuff was stuck at my friend's house. So when we arrived at Lowell, my friend Linda let me borrow her equipment, but then Coach said I wasn't starting so I gave Linda back her equipment. I don't think Coach had any intention of subbing me in the match, but our manager talked to him and convinced him to let me fence.....>_> And I got owned by an old friend of mine from middle school. And of course, coach got all pissy since the whole team got owned, both boys and girls.

Feeling kindof "blah-zay" today... then I decided to re-read chapters 1 & 2 of Ank & then some of my other favorite chapters. I was reminded, once again, what a great manga Ank is. It cheered me up.
