nah it can't be gurren lagann.

i have no idea... even after I narrowed down the sound producer to toru nakano. New getter Robo perhaps?

Uhm. Global warming has increased the sea level, making islands of cities. There are also highways above the see, and a lot of them. Those 'bad' robots are unmanned and though, drop spider-kinda-attractive-bombs and have the order to make havoc.
