hmm... 1st.. you should set the anti-aliasing method... (crisp/smooth/sharp etc... i usually use crisp).

shape is pretty good, except for 3 bubble:
-frame 2, bubble 3 : remember, this is....
-frame 3, bubble 1 : hey, low much longer....
-frame 5, bubble 7 : i fought like a.........

ah... im forget 1 thing: there is so much dust around the text? what happened? is it because of the compression when you upload it? XD

as for the dust, it has to be the compression...since the whole page looks dusty.

still not sure about shaping?
here, try to compare the 1st and 3rd bubble at frame 1.
the shape at bubble 1 is good because it follows the bubble shape (it's round like), but not at bubble 3.
